
What we’re about
Gloucester Vale Conservation Volunteers (GVCV) is a friendly and diverse group of volunteers who undertake practical, outdoor conservation tasks which benefit the natural environment and improve access to nature. We are affiliated to The Conservation Volunteers (TCV, formerly BTCV), have experienced task leaders and provide all tools and equipment needed by our volunteers.

Scrub clearance and Hay raking on Stinchcombe Hill
Stinchcombe Hill, see description for WWW, United Kingdom, GBJoin GVCV for a day of clearing scrub and cut hay to maintain limestone grassland habitat found on the banks of Stinchcombe Hill. Work with the Stinchcombe Hill Trust.
Please bring along any food and drink you need for your own consumption - lunch and a hot drink recommended. Please also dress for the weather and season.
Gloves and tools provided.
