# Glow & Gather Brunch: A Skin Health Sisterhood

No Filters. No Fakes. Just Skin Health.

✨ About Us
Glow & Gather Brunch is a monthly circle for Black women on Long Island who want more than just brunch — we want real conversations, real skin health, and real sisterhood.

This is a safe, welcoming space where melanin-rich women connect over food and learn barrier-safe, culturally rooted approaches to skin care. Here, we believe:

  • Skin health is not about perfection — it’s about progress.
  • Our melanin deserves respect, not erasure.
  • True glow comes from community, not filters.

🥂 What to Expect

Every 3rd Sunday from 12–2 PM we gather at The Shed – Westbury for:

✨ A warm welcome + opening toast
✨ A skin health conversation (topics shift monthly: fall skin prep, barrier repair, holiday glow, etc.)
✨ Space to share stories, resources, and laughs
✨ One takeaway skin ritual or mini goodie to bring home

Come as you are. Leave glowing. 🌸

🌸 Who This Group Is For

  • Black women on Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk) seeking authentic connection
  • Women curious about skin health, wellness, and melanin-safe rituals
  • Sisters tired of pretentious brunch circles and ready for genuine community

## 🛡️ Group Vibe & Ground Rules

  • No filters, no fakes. We honor real skin and real stories.
  • No sales pitches. This is about connection, not transactions.
  • Respect first. Every woman’s voice matters.
  • Confidentiality. What we share here stays in the circle.

## About the Host

I’m Judith S. Pluviose — a certified skincare formulator and esthetician-in-training with over 400 hours of clinical practice. My passion is melanin-safe, barrier-honoring skin health.
Glow & Gather Brunch is where my two loves meet: skin wisdom + community. Every photo and treatment I share is unfiltered, because I believe women deserve to see real results and experience real care.
