Ever wanted to be that girl who knows how to walk into the gym with confidence? Come learn with us!

To start off our Wellness Series, we’re taking over UFC Fit for a beginner-friendly lifting workshop covering form, safety, etiquette, and how to not get intimidated by… well… anybody.

This workshop is led by our very own Glow Girl Baddie, Claudia! She’s a certified Olympic-style weightlifting coach and one of the strongest, kindest women in our community.

⭐ What to Bring:
• Water bottle (hydration = hot girl behavior)
• Sneakers you can actually move in
• Comfortable workout clothes (bonus points if they’re cute)
• A small towel (we’re glowing, not sweating 😌)
• Your phone (for notes, videos of your form, and maybe a cute mirror selfie)

What You’ll Learn:
• How to use weights without breaking your back or spirit
• Proper form for common lifts
• Real gym etiquette (because not everyone knows…)
• How to build a simple, effective workout routine
