Morgaia Glow Up Sydney is for individuals who want to move their bodies, release tension, and feel better afterwards.
This group focuses on:
- Yoga and simple movement
- Stretching and breathing
- Building body awareness
- Moving in ways that feel right for you
This group is suitable if you:
- Want yoga without pressure or performance
- Are returning to movement after time away
- Prefer a supportive group setting
- Want to look after your body and mind
This group is not about a high-intensity fitness class.
All levels are welcome, including beginners. If you’re looking for yoga, wellbeing and movement that support everyday life, this group is a good place to start.
