It’s not your fault. In the 1980’s the Tobacco industry purchased two giant food corporations and forever changed the way that we looked at food. Along with the overt corruption that allowed the United States to be bought and sold by big tobacco masquerading as food companies.
We will also look at how the misguided Ancel Keys work, and the USDA influenced (coerced) emerging nations to adopt the misguided food pyramid in the 1990’s.
