Hi! My name is Emery, I've been living in Den Haag for a few months, Netherlands for 3+ years. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 15 years ago and am an enthusiastic cook and baker.
My idea for this group is too find some other gluten free folk in the area who might want to get together and cook/bake once or twice a month. My boyfriend and I live in a small apartment that's very central in Den Haag with a well equiped kitchen, so I'm fine with hosting it there unless someone has a better situation.
You do not need to be experienced with cooking to join, but I would prefer if you're enthusiastic about food and gluten free. Other than that, this group is for everyone!
