Gluten Free Baking/Cooking Class

So you understand why this has been moved, my mother died a few weeks ago, and there's a lot to do, especially with planning a memorial.

I will be teaching a Gluten Free cooking class, with an emphasis on baking. It will be on a Friday night, January 10th. THIS IS ONLY FOR ADULTS.

It takes place in a private home, with an phenomenal kitchen. The format is cooking while enjoying appetizers, followed by dinner and conversation. There is always music, socializing, and wine. 15 is the capacity.

Costs: Those who sign up as Chef Trainees will $35; and observers will be $25. Everyone will go home with $12-15 worth of goodies to share.

You'll be sent an email with a link and password to the registration site. There is a lot of interest in this event, and limited space. You will be able to cancel, if necessary, through Jan 9, 2014.

We will be baking a loaf of bread, a snack, two desserts, all while cooking and preparing a delicious, healthy dinner! it will be something that you can prepare at home or in advance. Everything will be Gluten-Free, of course!
