This group is about finding balance between inner and outer strength. While emotional awareness builds the foundation, physical activity gives it life, energy, and direction.
Led by Marton Gintner, certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, these outdoor workouts are designed to help you reconnect with your body and feel stronger — not just physically, but as a whole.
What to expect:
• Functional full-body workouts using TRX, boxes, dumbbells, resistance bands, and more.
• Small-group training where each participant gets personalised exercises suited to their fitness level and goals.
• A supportive and inclusive environment — it doesn’t matter your age, shape, or experience. What matters is that you show up for yourself.
• Sessions focused on building strength, mobility, and endurance, while also boosting focus, confidence, and emotional balance.

When & Where:
We meet outdoors twice a week in the Zürich/Winterthur area. Each session lasts 45–60 minutes, with all levels welcome.
