Description:
This is a ~7mile loop trail with ~925ft of elevation gain near Cedar Mountain, NC. We will be moving at a pace of about 2.5 mph. This is generally considered a moderately challenging route. We will enjoy some nice views at our lunch spot. The hike will last approximately 3.5-4 hours. There is one relatively shallow water crossing with large stepping stones. Plan to meet at the Corn Mill Shoals Access area parking by 9:45AM so that we can leave promptly at 10AM.

Hikers may use the comments section to self-organize carpools with other hikers. A popular carpool location is the Publix at University Square.
