GNHA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Join us for our Annual General Meeting at Rocky Bottom Retreat and Conference Center. We're planning a "Crock Pot Delight" for our lunch meal.

Our speaker this year will be TBD (details will follow)

Besides catching up and enjoying each other's company, we will have a club business meeting, including electing GNHA officers and board members.

In addition to the meeting, we will have 3-4 hikes at different speeds and difficulty, and those will be available for you to sign up.

Meal Details

We are having a "Crock Pot Delight" for our lunch meal--at no cost to our members. The hot meal will consist of chili, stews, and soups along with salad, cornbread, crackers, desserts and tea. There are volunteer opportunities to serve on the Meal Committee shown below.

When you RSVP, please make a comment if you wish to provide a food item. We know some people do not plan to hike; rather they will just attend the meeting. These are the ideal folks to serve on the food committee so hikers can focus on hiking. However, if you plan to hike and would like to provide a crock pot meal, please plan to drop your crock pot off with the Meal Runner at Univ Square prior to your carpool departure.
