Pre- AGM hike
The club's Annual General Meeting starts at 1 p.m. at Rocky Bottom Conference Center. We will have plenty of time to hike and make it over for the event.
We will hike the Big Rock Mountain Loop at Nine Times Preserve. We will follow single track and old logging roads with rocky, sometimes steep sections and winding viewpoints from the granite outcrops near the summit. On clear days there will be nice panoramic views of Big Rock and nearby Cedar Mountain. Expect forest scenery, rocky terrain, and a good workout.
Carpool will take place at 8am at carpool location. Meet at University Square Publix at 7:45 am with departure at 8 am. This is where any food made for the event will be picked up by Angela /Food Runners to bring to the event. If you have food especially crockpots, please meet at the carpool location.
If you are not meeting at the carpool, please meet at the trailhead at x am.
