This is a longer and steeper climb than we did in January, We will end up at Cedar Rock for lunch as we did before. Very nice views and great spot to relax. After lunch the trail is all downhill on a road bed that takes us back to our Cedar Rock parking lot.
Meet at the Trailhead at 10am atThe Cedar Parking lot - Gravel lot on E. Preston McDaniel and Nine Times Rd. Some may like to meet at Holly Springs Country Store at Hwys 11 and 178 (only 6ish miles from the trailhead) and the last chance to use the facilities. There are 10ish spaces available at the trailhead.
