## (MS) Croft Southside loop hike

Plan to meet at the large parking area just beyond the park office at 10:15AM and depart NLT 10:30AM.
We will be hiking in the Southside trail area. The hike is approximately 8 miles and 530 feet of elevation. We will stop for lunch/ snack break approximately half way through the hike and there is a portable bathroom facility not far from the break area.
The hike should take about 4 hours to complete.
If you do not have a South Carolina park pass, be prepared to pay a fee to enter the park.
The trailhead is across the road from the large parking lot that is located just beyond the park office.
The pace will be a moderate 2.5 mph.
