Welcome to Gnosis Scotland! This group is for individuals in the Stirlingshire who are interested in exploring topics such as the occult, mysticism, spirituality, esotericism, and Self-knowledge.
We offer a free 23 week course covering subjects like, ego, essence and personality, the law of return and recurrence, fundamental education, the scale of Justice and more. At the core of the lectures is the exploration of our thoughts and emotions and how our negative selves stop us living a full life. We will consider the philosophy of our existence - why are we on this planet? Is it to be born and then to die with no great meaning inbetween? What happens when we die, what continues and what returns to dust? Each lecture is accompanied by a practice of concentration, meditation or vocalisation.
Each week we delve into the depths of consciousness and uncover the hidden truths that have been taught in many of the World's religions, with an emphasis on the esoteric tradition within Christianity. Our hope is at the end of the course you leave with the tools to develop your Self-awareness and are able to live in the present and not be dragged down in despair with the negative thoughts and emotions that can cause us so much pain. Gnosis Scotland invites you to embark on a journey of Self-discovery and transformation.
