Talk 1. What is Gnosis?

What is Gnosis? This is the first lecture in a course of 19. The talk starts at 6:30pm and lasts for an hour. It will be the same time and place every week.

This is an esoteric course of Self-knowledge. Some of the topics discussed are Karma, Dharma, Esoteric Christianity, Return and Recurrance. Astral Projection, Meditation and Alchemy. The basis of the course is psychological and each lecture will give practices to help us understand our negativity and what we can do to take control of our thoughts and lif. Our spiritual life is bottled up inside our negativity and the aim is to free ourselves from our negative emotions and to develop our spiritual Self.

Each talk will be accompanied by a practice - relaxation, concentration or meditation.
