Go 1.8 Meetup and Release Party!

Go 1.8 is out! (or soon-ish)

There seem to be a tradition for going through the changes in the release and then beverages!

This will be a combined meet up with both tech talks and celebration of the new shiny 1.8 release of Go.

And... We are joining the global release party!
