⭐️ WRITE LESS CODE AND BE MORE EFFICIENT
Have you ever been knees deep writing http handlers or database interface, and just wishing someone else would have saved you sanity from that?
We all strive to be as efficient as possible. Yet, some of our daily tasks as developers can be quite boring and time-consuming. When those two words are in the same sentence, that is a pretty strong hint that a workflow can be optimised. This talk aim to show junior to intermediate level engineers, how to leverage the Go toolchain to write less code and be more efficient by harvesting the fruits of code generation.

⚡️ IT professional living and working in copenhagen
Passionate software engineer with strong skills and experience with leading agile teams and building digital solutions.
In my free time I am the organizer of the Copenhagen Go meetup group and on the side I am part of a development team at Roskilde Festival working on the internal IT systems making the festival run smoothly. We work all year round but most intensely in the weeks leading up to the festival in July where everything needs to be ready. Roskilde Festival is a large non-profit music festival located in Denmark with 100.000+ people having fun together every year.
From late 2022 I have co-founded a non-profit called Sustainyfacts. This is still in its early stages and will be kicked off during 2023. All work in Sustainyfacts is done on a volunteer basis and unpaid.
Sustainyfacts is aiming to be the trusted guide that helps consumers, businesses and citizens to embrace a more sustainable lifestyle.
Big fan of music, vinyl, concerts, boardgames and whisky. And a coffee geek.
⚠️ Please RSPV before 21/02/2023 @ 12:00, so we know who to register for guest ID-cards.
