Join us for a refreshing and rejuvenating mindful meditative walk!
This event is designed to help us disconnect from our daily routines and reconnect with ourselves and nature.
We will start with a brief introduction of The Go Higher Book Club and Community followed by a serene walk where we will focus on our breath, the sounds of nature, and the sensations of movement.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Water bottle
- A light jacket (if the weather calls for it)
- An open mind and a willingness to embrace the present moment
Let’s come together to explore the tranquility of nature and cultivate a peaceful state of mind. After our walk, feel to free to enjoy a snack and chat.
