What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to help each other stay focused, accountable, and motivated towards reaching our goals! It's about being with a community of friendly, driven, and supportive folks who are all trying to better their lives.
We hold weekly virtual coworking sessions, where we do work sprints that combine the "body doubling" and "timeboxing" techniques.
On occasion, we also have events for networking, making new friends, longer-term accountability groups, and sessions where we learn about and discuss motivation, neurodiversity, and psychology.

Join us as we set goals, do focused work sprints, and celebrate our wins! This event combines 2 techniques: accountability check-ins, and body doubling—a simple but powerful method where working in the presence of others can help boost focus, motivation, and follow-through.
Whether you're reading, responding to emails, cleaning, or doing creative work, the shared office/café vibe we create can make it easier to stay on task. This can be especially helpful for students, entrepreneurs, and anyone working from home.
- At the start, we share our goals for the round (or the day, as you choose.) Then we mute and work on them. Rounds usually lasts 55 minutes, but they can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours!
- At the end of a round, we'll open a "check-in" breakout room, where we can unmute and share how the round went and/or our next goals. You're equally welcome to skip the check-ins and continue focusing, by staying in the main room.
- Feel free to drop in and out anytime, as much as it helps!

Notes:
- If you are new to the group, welcome! To help foster a sense of safety and community, any newbies must be willing to unmute themselves and check-in at least twice during their first visit. Also, everyone (old and new!) must be willing to show their face on camera IF asked to do so by the host.
- This event has a 2-hour waiting period. At the start of a session, if no one else is present, I'll remain in the Zoom room for up to 2 hours. I may end a session early if: (a) No one joins within those first 2 hours, or (b) Everyone who did join has left after the 2-hour mark.
- The Dream Hour - This time on a FridayLink visible for attendees
Is there anything you've been wanting to do for a while, but you keep putting it off to tend to obligations, or urgent matters? This event provides a space where we can provide each other with support and soft accountability as we work towards our goals. We use the term "dream" very loosely here... it could really mean anything, including exercise, a hobby, cleaning a room, etc.
Schedule:
- 8:00 pm - Check-in 1: What will you be working on today?
- 8:10 pm - Dream Hour Part 1: 50 minutes to work on your dreams!
- 9:00 pm - Check-In 2: What progress have you made?
- 9:10 pm - Dream Hour Part 2: 50 more minutes of working time.
- 10:00 pm - Check-out
