Join us for a soccer-based workout group that is structured to be low-pressure, supportive, and for people who just want to be more active. Come learn the basics of soccer and put your skills to use in noncompetitive games!

We welcome anyone 18+ with little to no soccer experience. This program is NOT designed for soccer players, but rather for everyday folks who either used to play soccer or want to give it a shot. If you're looking for some casual & creative cardio, you found your people!
