When our energy flows freely through our bodies, we feel happy, healthy, and optimistic. Stress, trauma from the past, and disturbing world events can obstruct our flow, leading to the fragmentation of our energy field. With crystal singing bowls and ancient shamanic practices such as soul retrieval, we effectively work with vibration to bring the body, mind, and spirit into alignment with the present moment and our own inner source of strength and well-being.

Ana Estrada is certified as an Intuitive Energy Healer and Integrative Yoga Therapist. Her graduate degrees in Transformative Art and Spirituality took her to the Amazon jungles and the temples of India where she studied shamanic cultures and visionary art. She offers Shamanic Alignment Sessions and Vibrational Sound Healings privately and on retreat to sacred places.
