Dear Goddesses,
You know what I realized after nearly two decades of S Factor movement? It's that the women who feel most alive and the most free, aren't the ones with the "perfect bodies" or the best flexibility.
It's the women who are willing to try something new. To feel a little awkward at first. To laugh at and play with themselves and keep moving anyway.
That's what this Sunday Salon on October 19th is really about - giving yourself permission to be a beginner at something that feels really delicious.
I've been practicing S Factor on and off since my NBC News days, and I can tell you: this practice changed how I relate to my body, my pleasure, and my power. And it will for you too!
After all those years, I still can't climb the pole (I keep working on that) and I've got like two good spins, but it's the fluidity of the feminine movement that keeps me hooked.
