Wildlife Photo Editing Workshop – Lightroom Basics & Creative Workflow
Details
Join me for a relaxed and practical wildlife photo editing workshop focused on developing a clean, atmospheric and natural editing style in Adobe Lightroom.
During the session, I’ll walk you through my own editing workflow step by step using wildlife images from recent outings, including the Wild Ponies photography trip. We’ll cover both technical corrections and creative choices used to shape stronger final images while keeping edits natural and believable.
Participants are welcome to:
- bring a laptop with Lightroom Classic installed,
- use the free Lightroom Mobile app on their phone/tablet,
- bring a few of their own wildlife or nature images to work on,
- or simply come along to observe the workflow and learn through the live demonstrations.
This session is suitable for:
- beginners wanting to improve their
editing confidence, - photographers unsure where to start in Lightroom,
- or anyone interested in developing a more polished wildlife photography style.
Topics may include:
- selecting the strongest images,
- exposure and colour correction,
- subject emphasis,
- contrast and tonal balance,
- masking tools,
- noise reduction,
- atmosphere and cinematic mood,
- creating impactful edits without overprocessing.
This will be a small-group workshop with plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and individual feedback.
