What is "Goen Meetup"?
"Goen Meetup" is a language, culture and information exchange event held once a month on Sunday at Comeco Foods Cafe. People from various backgrounds—such as working holiday, international students, professionals, and permanent residents—gather to share experiences about life, work, hobbies, careers, and recommended spots in Australia.
Each session gathers 30 to 40 participants, and many are continuing to connect with each other as friends afterward event. Additionally, the cafe owner offers barista and career consultation!
Everyone is welcome, including those who want to connect across generations or discuss different life stages. We hope this becomes a place to gain new perspectives and information.
Like a "Home Away from Home" in Sydney!
"Goen Meetup" is characterized by its warm atmosphere and homemade Japanese food.
All meals are vegan and gluten-free! We use organic ingredients as much as possible and can accommodate special requests.

「ご縁 Meetup」とは？
「ご縁 Meetup」は、毎月日曜日に Comeco Foods Cafe で開催している情報交換・交流イベントです。
ワーホリ・留学生・社会人・永住者など、多国籍＆さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ人たちが集まり、オーストラリアでの生活・仕事・趣味・キャリア・おすすめスポットなどをシェア しています。

毎回30〜40名が参加し、ここで出会った仲間とその後も交流が続くことが多く、自然な形でつながりが生まれています。また、カフェオーナーによるバリスタ相談、キャリア相談も実施！

これまで、20代前半の方が多く参加していましたが、最近は 仕事の話をしたい方、キャリアアップを考えている方、永住者の方など、さまざまなバックグラウンドの方の参加が増えています！

「世代を超えたつながりが欲しい」「異なるライフステージの人と話したい」そんな方も大歓迎！新しい視点や情報を得られる場になればと思っています。
