Plauderrunde in Person (German Speaking Meetup In Person)

Hello fellow German speakers!

Happy spring! We're thrilled to invite you to a fun picnic in Millennium Park! In hopes of good weather, we are planning to have our Plauderrunde outside. In case the weather changes, we will announce an alternative meeting point through Meetup.

Whether you speak just a "bisschen" or "sehr viel" German, everyone is welcome to our casual and free conversation group!

The meeting point at 5:30pm is at Wrigley Square, in Millennium Park. It is close to where N Michigan Ave and Lower East Randolph St cross each other. If you want to join a bit later, no problem! Just come find our group on the lawn between Wrigley Square and Harris Theater.

We'll provide cups, plates, cutlery and a selection of snacks. Don't forget to bring a small towel or picnic blanket so you can sit down on the grass. It would also be wonderful if everyone could bring a few of their favorite snacks and/or drinks to share with the group. If anyone has severe allergies, please inform us in advance so we can plan snacks accordingly. Remember to bring sunscreen or a hat if you wish to avoid direct sunlight.
