I'm Kate, host of the Going Deep podcast, with over 350K followers across social media and 20 years of working with people and the subconscious mind.
I created Going Deep LA as a free, in-person meet-up to explore topics like:
- Emotional healing
- Behavioral psychology
- Spiritual psychlogy
- Self-development
- Inner work
- Shadow work
- Relationships
and more.
Each week, I will teach live on one of these topics, then open it up for conversation and connection with everyone in the space. We meet outdoors in LA and you don't need any background in this stuff to show up. Just bring your curiosity, a blanket or chair to sit on, water and snacks if you’d like and a journal.
What to expect: Live teaching and discussion, followed by open conversation and real connection with people who are also interested in going deep.
This is not group therapy. It's not a networking event. And it's not surface-level.
Who this is for: People who are already on the self-awareness path or ready to get on it, who love psychology, are curious about human behavior, and who genuinely want to learn about topics most people never think to explore.
