Volunteers Needed for Crosscurrents River & Music Festival!

Sat., July 12th, Crosscurrents River & Music Festival, 2-6PM, 6 volunteers are needed. The Crosscurrents Festival is in Confluence Park by the South Platte River. We will be helping at the information/waiver booths helping with waivers, raffle tickets, & giving out general information. Since they have water activities and a kids zone with a rockclimbing wall we will help event attendees sign waivers, get wristbands, and navigate the event space. Volunteers will receive 2 free drink & food tickets and a Tshirt. The event also has food trucks & live music from two stages all day and lasts until 10:00PM so you can stay and enjoy the activities if you wish. The Greenway Foundation has been a non profit since 1974. They have been leading efforts to reclaim the South Platte River and its tributaries from a virtual cesspool to a place of environmental and recreational pride. Our volunteers always love this event!
We will be assisting our sponsoring organization, SVGD (Single Volunteers of Greater Denver) with this event. We will, once again, be Going Out For A very Good Cause!
