Volunteers Needed for Affair for Air Gala benefiting American Lung Association

Affair for Air Gala benefiting the American Lung Assn., Sat. February 28th, 5:00-8:30PM, 6 Volunteers are needed. (WE JUST HAD A VOLUNTEER CANCEL FOR SATURDAY SO NEED 1 VOLUNTEER!! Please sign up soon if you can help). We will primarily be helping with their Studio Loft table assisting with paddle numbers, name cards, table numbers etc. and as Paddle scribes recording the paddle numbers that are raised during the "Fund Our Mission" paddle raise and/or collect paddles during their "$100 sweep" . This event will be held at the Downtown Opera House. Roaring 20's attire is encouraged! It should be a magical evening. We will be provided dinner and will get to enjoy the event! They are having a cocktail reception & silent auction at the beginning; then a dinner, program & live auction; followed by dancing and entertainment. The event actually goes until 10PM so you are welcome to stay and enjoy! This is one of the type of events where we can help a good cause while also having a great meal and a good time! The American Lung Assn. supports Coloradans living with lung disease, including those who have been affected by COVID-19.
We will be assisting our sponsoring organization SVGD (Single Volunteers of Greater Denver) with this event. We will, once again, be Going Out For A very Good Cause.
