Fineview Greenway Walk
Details
Join the Sierra Club and resident activists to tour and learn about the greenways of the Fineview neighborhood in Pittsburgh. We will walk a loop of about two miles through city parks and woods, see the sun begin to set over the city from a beautiful view point, and have some light refreshments. Along the way you will learn about the greenways of Pittsburgh and the exciting new developments from the city's planning department to protect our urban forests. Before you leave, we will equip you with resources to protect Fineview's green spaces and the other green spaces of the city that you care about.
We will walk at a leisurely pace, but be prepared for some steep hills and a taste of Pittsburgh's famous stairways.
