Go Workshop

Hello Bristol Gophers 👋!

We're continuing with the workshops! We will be alternating them with talks, hoping to create a theme that connects the two from here on.

Theme: Web Servers in Go

On top of this theme we encourage you to bring your own problems and we can work through them together.

The task:

• Create a simple webserver with the standard library
• Create tests that call the server
• Dockerise the server

Plan:

• 18:00 - Arrive anytime after
• 18:30. - Intro and pizza
• 18.45 - Get Started
• 20:00 - Finish up

🍺 As always, afterwards we will be heading to a pub for a little .
