Fastest Hashmap Competition

For October, we're going to have a competition to see who can implement the fastest hashmap. We will measure gets and sets to see who's over all implementation is the fastest.

Everyone is welcome to go through your code and show it off no matter the results.

We'll have prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
