What we’re about

In this group we will discuss and experience evidence based practices for regulating or Central nervous system (CNS) and slowing down.
We will do this by being more mindful of our body and our mind.
some mindfulness /somatic practices for the body and some Byron Katie/ACIM/ personality profiling (enneagrams are my favourite) for the mind.
These will support an increased awareness of the tricks of the mind that cause us suffering... and just by virtue of noticing, we will create space in our minds to experience life differently.
you need NO prior experience, or to know any of these terms to attend. Just a WILLINGNESS to see things differently✨️
NB I am no expert but rather a human on a journey willing to share what's worked for me knowing that we teach what we need to learn the most AND that we are all walking each other home 🏡
