This group is designed for ladies who don't feel comfortable in a gym enviroment but are still wanting to exercise and improve overall well being. This group is suitable for any fitness level and all are welcome. This fitness group is fun and energetic and classes are different each week to mix things up and keep you on your toes. You will tone and tighten, improve balance & flexibility,help prevent osteoporosis gain better health, slim down, shape up and burn fat. Get your heart pumping and don't forget your drink bottle!
