Cryptocurrency Laws and Proposed Legislation in the USA

GCUG is holding a series of Blockchain Roundtables during 2022 and 2023. These are in-person only informal get togethers in Delray Beach. There will be a main topic, however, everything Blockchain is fair game for discussion.

This Roundtable will will be discussing what are the current laws and proposed regulation regarding Cryptocurrency. This discussion will be about existing laws at the IRS, state, and federal levels along with who the legislators are that are key players in current and future legislation. The discussion is USA centric, however, will include International legislation in a comparison of how USA legislation might be affected.
