• Factors impacting electrical and telecommunications project costs for subdivisions.

This is a topic that has notoriously been a little 'blurry' for a number of investors, and we're privileged to learn from an expert!

Chris Newman | Real Deal
If you're into generating chunky profits with luxury townhouse and apartment development, then this is the meetup to attend!

Chris is back (last time he presented his Palm Beach 5 townhouse development) and he's moved north to Burleigh this time!

It's early days so we'll get an outstanding view of what's to come with this development of 4 x high-end, full-floor apartments in central Burleigh Heads (a stone's throw from where this month's meetup will be held!)

Council has already approved the development and construction starts in Jan 2025 with a projected end value of $18M.

The project is being made possible using JV and money partnering funding so you'll get a true insight on how these types of deals are funded.

We've watched Chris's journey over the last few years.,.. He's so down to earth and generous with his information so this is the perfect opportunity to learn from someone that is on the ground making it happen!

Julie is back by popular demand and will be talking specifically about the latest changes to secondary dwellings on the Gold Coast.
