This mini hike for Weekday Wanderers is only 3.8 miles with 456 ft of climb. A loop, it includes a nice mix of field, forest, and distant mountain views. There's also a chance of seeing buffalo near the start.
Expect sun with temps near 80. Bring weather appropriate gear including extra water and snacks for the trail and/or after-hike picnic.
