Empowered (Future) Mums is a community around the transition in to motherhood for all women exploring motherhood, currently pregnant, or already raising children. We encourage questioning old patterns and embracing new insights, recognizing that real empowerment emerges from awareness, a strong heart connection, and conscious decision-making.
Taboos around motherhood can make many of us feel ashamed or isolated for experiencing the "hard stuff". In reality, the journey to motherhood is many-layered and currently there is a lack of spaces and effort to address that. While physical knowledge is provided by the health system, the mental and spiritual challenges are rarely being appreciated and prepared for. That is why I founded Empowered Future Mums as an authentic space and resource. There are many stigmata and unspoken realities around transitioning in to motherhood and being a mum. It needs a lot of internal work and stability. We shall exchange our knowledge and resources, so it can be a journey of empowerment. You deserve it. 💖
