We create a sanctuary where those who feel like outsiders feel celebrated for showing up as their authentic selves, explore creative freedom, and find strength in their uniqueness.
This collective is dedicated to helping individuals transform self-doubt into self-empowerment through the power of photography, art, and personal growth.
So~
If you've been through an MFA program and now find yourself struggling to take your camera anywhere because the joy you once found in photography is no longer there, then this space is for you.
If you've been struggling to "make it" as an adjunct, teaching photography, attending networking events or start a business, and photography no longer lights you up, but people keep talking about how talented you are, then this group is for you.
If you feel like the weirdo trying to "make it" as an artist while your friends work a 9-5, and acquaintances keep asking if you still do photography, then this space is for you.

When You Join Today
When you join The Golden Light Photo-Arts Collective today, you’ll get access to our:
New Moon Circles: We will meet in person or on zoom (it may be a hybrid mix) on each new moon and set an intention for what we each personally want to work on that month. There will be a monthly theme and a ritual to tap into our creative flow and feel into what wants to be created through us, working with the lunar cycle
Full Moon Circles: And we'll meet again on each Full Moon- in person or on zoom (or a hybrid mix.) We will share what we worked on and how it went, what we learned and what we want to work on next. It will be a space to receive supportive and constructive feedback. This will provide accountability and reinvigorate you so that you're excited to keep working on your project.
Monthly Themes: Don't have a project? Or are you feeling stuck in a project you still want to finish? Monthly themes will lead you to experiment and play with something else that can get your ideas flowing or take your longterm project in a new direction and bring it new energy.
Private Online Space to share how you're doing between sessions, if you need some motivation, or are excited about pictures you just took.
