Join us for a serene walk in nature along the golden Clearcreek, connect with each other. We'll pause for open-eye meditation sitting by the water — tuning into the water sounds, sights, and stillness around and within us.

After the walk, we’ll gather at Lyons Park for warm herbal tea and a gratitude circle — connect, reflect and simply be.

Bring your hat, jacket, water bottle, anything else you need.
You can also bring your camping chair or sheet to sit down in the lyons park for tea
