Los Vaqueros , east side, 11 miles, 2200 ft elev. gain

We meet at parking near Los Vaqueros Interpretive Center. It is large parking there, but carpool as usual is recommended.
First we visit Interpretive Center that is open only on Saturdays and Sundays.
We'll hike in remote area with fantastic view at Los Vaqueros reservoir. Some trails may have no shade, so plenty of water is highly recommended.
Our route: Kellog creek tr -> Eagle ridge tr -> Grassland tr -> Kitfox tr -> Eagle ridge tr -> Oak Savannah tr -> Badge pass ( lunch somewhere in the middle) -> Los Vaqueros tr -> visit small Peninsula close to water -> Los Vaqueros tr back to cars
Our pace: 2.5 -2.8 per mile. Hike's length and elevation gain is based on AllTrails route estimate. Real one can be longer 1-2 miles.
It is good to have >2.5L water, sturdy hiking shoes , layers clothes , and lunch food.
It is not good idea to join the hike if you don't plan to complete full route.
