Cascade - Little Carson Falls, 12 miles, 2800 elev. gain

We meet at DOC EDGAR PARK, Fairfax. Parking is very limited there, so carpool is highly recommended.
Our route connects 2 rare attended waterfalls in Marin Watershed Tamalpais area plus I hope to see a lot early spring wildflowers.
Our route: Cascade dr ( 1 mile by street) -> Middle Fire rd -> Cascade Falls ( in out) -> Cascad rd/Repack ( our main uphill 1.5 miles) -> Geronimo Ridge rd -> Pine Mountain rd -> Oat Hill Fire rd -> Little Carson falls ( our lunch spot) -> Carson Falls tr ( steep downhill) -> Oat Hill Fire rd -> Happersberger point -> Happersberger tr -> Carry Camp loop ( Elliot Reserve) -> Canyon rd - Cascade r back to cars
Our pace: 2.5 -2.8 per mile. Hike's length and elevation gain is based on AllTrails route estimate. Real one can be longer 1-2 miles .
It is good to have >2.0L water, sturdy hiking shoes , layers clothes ,rain gear, and lunch food.
It is not good idea to join the hike if you don't plan to complete full route.
