At the Plough & the Stars, our food is described as Western European with a strong Irish influence, and we are determined to bring the authentic taste of Ireland to Philadelphia. Our dishes, sauces, and breads are prepared with care in-house from scratch using as many seasonal ingredients from as many local, responsible farms as possible.
