We begin in sacred circle, anchoring into the energy of the Solstice—this potent threshold of transformation. Through intention setting and guided reflection, we align with what we’re ready to release and what we’re ready to call in. A fire ritual, becomes the sacred mirror—offering a space to transmute stagnant energy, release old narratives, and offer prayers to the flames.

Bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, medicine drums, and other various tools we enter a meditative state where sound becomes medicine. These frequencies move through every layer of being—cleansing, clearing, and activating deep remembrance.

As we gather on this longest day of the year, we honor the light around us by awakening the light within.
