Thank you for joining our group.
All we ask is that you remain an active participant in some of our Games and assist with some Games in the future.
We do ask for some courtesy for our organisers. If you say you are coming to a game it is your responsibility to advise the game organiser by phone (a phone number is always posted on game page) if you are running late or cannot attend.
Please advise the organiser as soon as you are aware you are late or cannot attend.
3 "No Shows" will result in your membership being removed from the group. A "No Show" is not turning up for a game you have nominated for without any notification to anyone 20 minutes prior to the first Tee Off time for the game.
There is an initial joining fee of $30.00 which is due and payable at any of your first 3 games you attend and thereafter an annual fee of $15.00.
As part of joining the group we provide an embroidered group shirt, an embroidered towel, either a hat or cap with group logo (your choice).
You will be eligible for all Nearest The Pin prizes each game but you will need to submit 3 cards to get an official group handicap for the group before being eligible for prizes.
If you have an official GA handicap, please advise us of your AGU number and handicap and we will waive the 3 cards and you can start on your official GA handicap.
We are sponsored by Drummond at Virginia, so if you are a member of the Drummond Club anywhere, Please provide us with your membership number and we can link it to our group. If you are not a Drummond Club Member, we can sign you up for a once off $20 fee (paid to Drummond) for lifetime membership of the Drummond Club.
We also have our own web site which you can apply for access to view all results from Games. Speak to one of our Organisers to get your access started for free.
