## Welcome to the

8th ANNUAL “GOLFING FOR A CURE” CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

HOSTED BY STEVE PARK AND THE PAP FOUNDATION
​Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (PAP) is a life-threatening rare lung disorder that affects men, women, and children.
The PAP Foundation (https://www.papfoundation.org/) is a non-profit patient advocacy organization dedicated to finding a cure and to improving the lives of those affected by PAP.

Through advocacy and collaboration, we promote research on PAP and provide information and support for PAP patients and their families, healthcare professionals, and the public*.***

FORMAT: 4 Person Team Scramble - Singles without teams are welcome to enter and will be grouped into a team.

Additional options:​

• 50/50 Cash Split Raffle Ticket Drawing; $10 each ticket or 5 tickets for $40 (if your ticket is drawn you get to keep 50% of the total cash take).
• Teams may also purchase a “Gimme Stick” for $20 to be used on the putting greens. One stick per team.
• $40 Party Package which includes entries into 2 Games on the course (Golf ball air cannon and a Hit the Green Challenge) includes a complimentary drink and tons of prizes up for grabs!

COST: $170 per player (includes green fees, cart, range balls, 2 mulligans, gift bag, team and hole prizes, and lunch). Entry deadline is COB Monday, July 7, 2025
