Long time no see. How are you? I think It's time to catch up with each other. :) I think it's also good to go out to see the cherry blossom.
Yes it's time for Rosé wine.
We'll have an event on Saturday, April 11th, at 6:00 PM. This time, I'll bring a bottle of Grgich Hill Rosé Napa Valley 2021.
Rose wine is made from red grapes basically, however, sometimes it is made by blending red and white grape.
Rose wine is well-paired with any 'light' food, like salad, fish, pasta, etc. It is paired with meat but red wine is much better paired with meat.
The venue is Seoga & Cook(서가앤쿡), a restaurant close to Hapjeong Station ( Line no. 2 and Line no.6). I think it's better to start to find it from Exit no. 9 or Exit no. 10 of the station. It is located at B1 #194 of Mecenatpolis(메세나 폴리스) It's corkage free restaurant but they don't have wine glasses. I should bring glasses.
Bring you own bottle. This time any Rosé wine is recommended. :)
