Scotty Chang is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and creative with over eight years of experience in the fashion and photography industries. After spending the past year and a half in Nashville, Scotty is returning to Panama City Beach, bringing with him a diverse creative background.
His work in fashion specializes in denim distressing, customization, and hand-painted pieces, while his photography and filmmaking span luxury real estate, concerts, music videos, and the entertainment industry. Whether working with clothing, a camera, or a new creative concept, Scotty’s work is driven by individuality, storytelling, and creating something that stands apart.TICKETS
