Every other Tuesday evening, we bring together a curated group of business owners, acquirers, and capital allocators in a relaxed, premium cigar lounge setting — where the conversations are real, the deals are discussed openly, and the connections you make actually go somewhere.

What to expect:
Each event is informal but intentional. You will be in a room with people who are actively buying and selling businesses, building holding companies, structuring investment clubs, and raising capital for private equity deals. Whether you are on your first acquisition or your tenth, this is the room where those conversations happen naturally.
We keep the group small and the environment high-quality. No pitch fests. No name-tag awkwardness. Just business owners and dealmakers sharing what is working, reviewing deals, and building the kind of relationships that lead to real transactions.
