Monday Midday Meditation
Details
Something you might find useful in the middle of the day.
We start about 1PM. Before the shop opens.
We have some cushions - but feel free to bring your own and water bottle.
Put your butt on a cushion (or a chair) and simply sit.
Lightly guided meditation time.
We will settle, sit for 20 minutes, break and sit again.
No reservation necessary.
