Hike & Lunch in Malveira da Serra

Hey-hey!

What can be better than going for a hike with a group of amazing people to spend a day outdoors? Right, sitting around the table afterwards to have a meal together and share some life stories.

🥾 Hike
We will do a circular hike starting from Malveira da Serra. The hike promises to be moderately challenging. We will do around 9,5 km which will take us approx. 3 hours to complete.
To practice mindfulness and to connect better with the nature around we are going to do 30-60 min of silence practice during the hike and share our reflections afterward.

🍲 Lunch
After the hike we will head to a local Portuguese restaurant for lunch. The restaurant has a great selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes.

Getting there:

1. You can take a train to Cascais and share an Uber with other participants from there (6-8 Euro). Please plan to arrive in Cascais no later than 9:30.
   2. Please join a WhatsApp group to coordinate, connect, offer and share a ride (the link will be shared on Friday).

🎒What to take:

• comfortable sports clothes and hiking shoes;
• water.
